The free Airport pick up & drop. Never came wasted our time. Drop off not available too. Middle of a cramped up dirty street. Hot water in the shower did not work at all. Bed duvet looks dirty. Why not use industry standard white colour ?. TV did not work. Bad experience.

The staffs are extremely helpful and professional. From Airport pickup to check-out the staffs were exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. Did not try the breakfast, but the restaurant was comfortable.

Expected to have dental kits in the room. However, they were out of stock (as per the staff), Television was not working properly, wifi was slow therefore the channels can't be loaded well enough.

The front desk ladies were amazing. Sajana was very helpful made sure my stay was memorable.

The facility- the room and hotel in general was not as in the pictures in booking.com. It was also very expensive. I was disappointed to pay so much for the kind of hotel and room.

Room was very dark due to furnishings, remotes etc could have been cleaned.

Sucio, las almoadas sucias con babas , pelos en el baño terraza sucia .me querian cobrar la lavanderia 2 veces , por lavar 9 camisas 38 euros.

Bad breakfast. Small room. Fidly shower felt like we almost had to break it. Seems like sometimes they didn't understand English well.

The reception staff needs more training on customer service. As a local, I am prepared to use local currency that will be accepted everywhere in the Maldives. She was attempting to force me to pay in dollars. She stated that paying in Maldivian currency will result in an exchange rate of 1 USD * 18:50, which is not acceptable. However, the bank's rate was 1usd x15.42. If I pay in local currency, I will have to pay an extra USD 20. The bank rate has been accepted even by a 5-star resort in Maldives. I was asked by them to transfer dollars to their bank account via Internat Banking and to send them the bank slip. After successfully transferring the money to their bank account, I asked them to take a photo of the receipt on my phone because I was tired after a long trip. I was rudely asked by the receptionist to take a picture of the slip and send it via Viber. I asked why couldn't you take just a picture of this so that I can save time instead of taking their Viber number and saving it on my phone. I won't make another reservation for this hotel. Their exchange rate is causing them to take more money from the customer.
